Had an amazing 2 mile race today. It was my first time ever racing it and I felt strong. After that I did a 4 mile cool down on a trail and then got ready for the 400. I didn't do as well in the 400, I ran a :59 and then did another 4 mile cool down, so I got some good mileage in today.

I'm so proud of how you raced today Brandon. Keep working hard and 10:25 will seem slow!

Well done.

I have some track doubles this summer and I'm what you call a late bloomer (I'm 31) so I'm going to take lessons from you on what I should be doing in between races.
