This summer I was working as a backpacking guide up in the High Uintas so I wasn't able to post because I didn't have the means of doing so seeing that I lived out of a tent for 3 months. Anyway I'm back and it sucks only because of the heat. I'm used to highs of 70 and lows of 30 not highs of 110 and lows of 100 so I need to get used to running in the heat again so that I can do well. Today I ran 11 on Porter Rockwell pretty easy.
Mon, 21 Aug 2017 06:00:00 Sat, Aug 19, 2017 http://reich.fastrunningblog.com/blog-08-19-2017.html
PM: 11.5 miles

Ran 11.5 miles up Milcreek Canyon. 5.75 straight uphill, 5.75 straight downhill
Sat, 19 Aug 2017 06:00:00
