Not a good day for me. Started with a 2 mile warm up and then ran 2 X 1000 M, 800 M, 300 M. In the middle of the second 1000 M I got a huge cramp in my hamstring and had to step off in the middle to stretch it. Didn't finish the workout after that and ran a 1 mile cooldown

Didn't have a great race this time. I wasn't in the race mentally which I think was the biggest obstacle. Hopefully I'll be able to improve. After the meet I decided to walk/jog Mt. Olympus.
