PM: 12 miles

Had an amazing run today. Went out to the Draper Alpine Road and ran up and down it until I got 12 miles. I gained a total of 2,158 ft while averaging a 7:13 pace. It felt really good and I felt great the whole time aerobically and physically. More to come tonight.
