PM: Timp Tri-Meet

Had a great race day today. Started out with the 1 mile where I ran a 4:48 and placed 3rd overall. Not my PR, but it is really close to it so I'm excited to keep progressing there. Next I ran the 800 M where I ran a 2:12 and placed 2nd overall. Once again not my PR, but can't wait to approve. In both of those races I had great starts but I think that I could've kicked harder, espically for the 800 M. Lastly I ran the 4 X 4. I don't know my time in that, but it was good. Overall had a great meet, but for the next meet I want to work on my kick and staying with the leading pack while still being able to conserve energy for the last lap. After the meet I did 50 pushups and 50 situps.
